At OlyBubble, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every item is made to order with care, but if something doesn’t meet expectations, our 90-day Return Policy has you covered.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and offer replacements within 90 days if your item arrives damaged, has poor print quality, or differs significantly from the product description or image.

Replacements and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for incorrect size, color, or design selections made at checkout. However, if there is a clear discrepancy in size or design from what was ordered, we’ll provide a replacement. Shipping and handling fees may apply for these cases.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. Once production begins or the order has shipped, changes can no longer be made. If changes are needed after that point, the item must be returned first.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account. First, check your bank or credit card statement. If it’s still missing, contact your payment provider. If you’ve completed these steps and still don’t see the refund, contact us directly for assistance.

Discounts and Promo Codes

Discount codes cannot be applied to past or active orders. Promotional offers cannot be converted to cash and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
